We’re having a bit of a change!

11th June 2017 by Lucinda Leave a Comment

I love the summer and so in honour of the lovely warm sunshine I have given my books a new look with some brand new covers. I hope you like them. The stories are the same though so don’t think they are three new books!

At the moment I am busy dreaming up new adventures for Kitty and Lydia but as soon as there is something new you’ll be the first to know.

In the meantime, if you liked the books then please leave a review on Amazon and tell all your friends!

THE DREAM TEAM

26th March 2017 by Lucinda Leave a Comment

Hello from The Fox Hole!

I’m very excited to report that my new book, The Dream Team, will be hitting the shelves very soon.

This time, Lydia falls for the gorgeous star of the school football team her best friend and Kitty decides that they need to get fit to get noticed. It looks like their plan is working when they land places on the school netball squad but one of the team members has other ideas. Tired of the nastiness, Lydia comes up with a challenge that will decide who is the best once and for all. But can she actually win?’

If you would like to be part of my Advance team and read an early copy and then leave an honest review then please email me.

Watch this space!

Giveaway!!!

18th April 2016 by Lucinda Leave a Comment

I love colouring. It reminds me of being small and trying SO hard to stay in the lines. When the new craze for colouring books hit the shops I was delighted – an excuse to colour in without looking like a five year old. Perfect!

So here at The Fox Hole we thought it might be a great idea to GIVE AWAY some cool colouring stuff and then you too can rediscover the joy of creating with colour. We’ll also throw in a signed copy of Mummy’s Girl. If you’ve already read it then you can give it to a friend and make their day!

All you have to do is sign up here to be in with a chance of winning. Good Luck!

Do you want to know a secret?

Of course you do – who doesn’t? Well here at The Fox Hole it’s all about secrets at the moment. Pretty soon a whole new area of the website will be opening up. It’ll have a  load of extra FREE stuff in it that only members can get access to. Sounds good?

But if I tell everyone then it won’t be a secret any more so only the chosen few will be allowed in.

If you want to be one of those special people then all you have to do is SUBSCRIBE to my email list here and wait for instructions!

Printing out!

6th April 2016 by Lucinda Leave a Comment

It’s another exciting day at the Fox Hole. (I just thought of that name. Do we like it? Comment below and let me know.) Anyway, today I’m busy printing out the proof copy of my new book, Reality Bites. It’s about Kitty and Lydia but this time the focus is very much on Lydia’s chaotic and slightly lawless life. Hopefully it will come out in the summer and be ready just in time to slot nicely into your holiday suitcase for that sunbathing relaxing downtime.

In other news I will soon be giving out lots of Extras which will only be available to my loyal Subscribers so why not beat the queues and click on the link now and then you’ll be ready when the first freebies hit the site!

For now it’s back to my growing pile of pages for some serious marking up!print

Taking risks

28th March 2016 by Lucinda Leave a Comment

How are you with risk?

A new study shows that teenage brains are wired differently to those of adults and that taking risks comes more naturally to them. Whilst this might drive their parents potty, it’s actually really important that young people take some chances. Not only does it let you test your physical prowess and help you learn what you can safely do but it’s also really important to make a few mistakes from time to time. Without getting it wrong occasionally,  it’s hard to approach something from a new direction. They call it ‘resilience’ but basically it’s all about being brave enough to push yourself out of your comfort zone and try something new. You might not like or be good at everything but if you don’t have a go then you’ll never know.

Go on…. Take a risk!
